Change is possible with the role of Jesus Christ as deliverer, counselor and Lord.
What's
your best day? What do you imagine for your best day? Winning the
lottery? Buying your first home? Overcoming a fatal illness? Triumphing
through horrible circumstances? I'll tell you mine but first let me
tell you what wasn't my best day. It wasn't the day I got married. It
wasn't the birth of my one and only child. It wasn't even the day I was
set free from the gay lifestyle. It was, and forever will be, the day I
met the creator - God. Yes, the one who created you and me and
everything around us. "For it was in Him that all things were
created, in heaven and on earth, things seen and things unseen, whether
thrones, dominions, rulers, or authorities; all things were created and
exist through Him [by His service, intervention] and in and for Him."Colossians 1:16
He has touched my heart, mind, soul and deepest inward parts. He has
changed everything about me from how I think to what I say and how I
relate to the world around me. He has given me His Holy Spirit to dwell
in me so that I can become more like Him and less like me. The more I
yield to the Holy Spirit, the more my body, emotions, thoughts and
heart are transformed in the likeness of Him. "Or do you not
know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you,
whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought
at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit,
which are God's." 1 Corinthians 6:19-20.
He is what our
human soul cries out for and needs more than anything else that this
world offers you. Money, sex, power, knowledge, prestige....they may
entertain you for a while but they will not meet your deepest needs.
Only He can do that. He can change your life just like He changed mine.
Really............He can if you would just believe. "....I tell
you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can
say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move.
Nothing will be impossible for you." Matthew 17:20
I am
delighted you have come to my website. It is written from the
perspective of a changed man. What I was no longer exists. He has
changed me from the inside out and I am eternally grateful.
